Samsung to release 32GB DDR3 RAM

In June 2009 Samsung announced they had developed its first 32GB module.  Testing has been underway for a while now and they are set to have these beasts mass produced this April!!!  As quoted from the President of Samsung Electronics Memory Division, Soo-In Choo, “Our highly successful implementation of the 40nm-class technology is inductive of our determination to move toward the 30nm-class process node in the second half of this year.  Our 30nm-class technology will provide even more advanced memory solutions for high-end server and PC applications.”  They modules will run at 1066 MHz with a voltage of 1.35V and timings that have not been announced yet.  The cost will be more than most regular or even hardcore gamers will be able to stomach, but hopefully this will allow RAM already on the market to drop in price in the near future.
